are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly
identified as “not returnable”.
Return window is for every product
category & is mentioned on the product page.
General Returns Policy
Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received
them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or
accessories, defective or different from their description on the product
detail page on CrateKart.com
Return will be processed only if:
- It is determined that the product was not damaged while
in your possession
- The product is not different from what was shipped to
- The product is returned in original condition (with
brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and
all the accessories therein).
Products may not be eligible for
return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect
model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

How to return an item?
1) To raise a return request please
call us at 9892906917,
Our customer care will initiate your return request.
Once we have received &
authorized your return request we’ll arrange a return pickup from your
2) Pack the product securely in it’s
original packaging to make sure it doesn’t get damaged in transit.
Our delivery associate will then
collect the return package within 2 business day.
If we are not able to schedule a
return pickup to your address we’ll email you the return label with the
instructions to ship the package manually.
The replacement will be shipped
within 7 days after the return package has arrived & inspected
– Refunds back to Credit Cards,
Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are credited within 3-5 days.
– Refunds of Cash On Delivery (COD)
orders will require you to send us bank account details (Account holder name,
bank name, branch, & IFSC code) to process it.
– Refunds in form of cheques can
take 10-12 business days to arrive via post.
