Most items sold on our website (www.ispares.in) are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as “not returnable”.

Return window is for every product category & is mentioned on the product page.

General Returns Policy

Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on ispares.in

Return will be processed only if:

It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
The product is not different from what was shipped to you
The product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

If a defect exists, at its option ispares.in will: –

Exchange the product with a product that is new, or
In the case where a replacement is not available, Refund the purchase price of the product.

These items are eligible for free replacement within 30 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you.

Phone screens/display are eligible for free replacement within 30 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, Please keep the screen/display in its original condition with the clear plastic film on the front of the screen/display intact, Failure will make the item ineligible for replacement, We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

Phone Batteries: 30 Days Replacement

Phone batteries are eligible for free replacement within 30 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you.

If customer order a wrong battery then the reverse pickup charges is deduct by customer refund amount.

How to return an item?

1) You can raise the request yourself by going to order history & clicking on the return button of relevant order. Complete Request Return form and attach the images of the product received.

Once we have received & authorized your return request we’ll arrange a return pickup from your location.

2) Pack the product securely in it’s original packaging to make sure it doesn’t get damaged in transit.

Our delivery associate will then collect the return package within 2 business day.

If we are not able to schedule a return pickup to your address we’ll email you the return label with the instructions to ship the package manually.

Replacement timeline.

The replacement will be shipped within 7 days after the return package has arrived & inspected

Refund timeline.

– Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are credited within 3-5 days.

– Refunds of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders will require you to send us bank account details (Account holder name, bank name, branch, & IFSC code) to process it.
